A sweet and Nutty flavor!
Our Asiago cheese has a flavour reminiscent to Parmesan, but it is a bit nuttier and creamer, and also sweeter. It is semisoft and mild flavored. As it ages, it will develop a sharper flavor. It is known to be one of our dryer cheeses.
We are proud to say that as of December 2021, our herd is consists of only A2A2 cows, a significant milestone!
