Cumin seeds have a slightly hot, sharp, and bittersweet taste on its own. However, when added to a cheese, it adds an earthy and sensational taste. The Dutch often referred to this cheese as “spiced Gouda”. Jacco’s favorite way to eat this cheese is on a buttered toast.
