Our Italian Gouda is made by adding a blend of ground herbs and spices to our Gouda. This creates a very savory, earthy, and penny flavour with a very subtle hint of sweetness. This cheese is a great compliment for Italian recipes, like lasagna, bruschetta, and taste great on pizza!
