Jalapeño Gouda
Our jalapeño Gouda is made by adding spicy, jalapeño and chilli peppers to our mild, creamy Gowda. The final product creates a zesty and flavourful cheese. We think of this cheese is having the most flavourful heat. It is hot, but not too hot to minimize the taste.
