Peppercorn gout is made by adding whole black peppercorns or black pepper throughout the cheese. The pepper in parts of spicy and sharp flavour to the mild cheese. A lot of people tend to use peppercorn cheese to complement a cheese plate. This is one of the spice mixes that we took over from the previous owners. Many people remember this flavour from years ago.
