Cheddar Cheese - Mild
Our A2 Milk comes from the A2 cows that we raise right here on our farm! Our A2 milk is free of the A1 beta-casein so it will not cause the bad reaction that may come with consuming conventional milk products.
Cheddar Cheese - Mild
As cheddar ages over the years, it generally goes from a mild to a 10 year and stronger flavor. The texture will also change from having a smooth, creamy feel to develop developing hard, salt, like crystals, due to the culture, breaking down lactose in the cheese to produce lactic acid. These crystals are formed on the surface of cheeses where moisture could collect. As they get older crystals will form inside the cheese as well.
