Swiss - Gruyere

Swiss Gruyère cheese is a hard Swiss cheese. It is a great cheese to be eaten on a sandwich or is a part of a cheese platter. Greer cheese is also commonly used in preparing fondue recipes. Greer cheese is named after the town of Gruyeres in Switzerland. This cheese has a pale yellow colour and a rich, creamy,  slightly nutty taste. Swiss Gruyère features smaller holes or “eyes” compared to other varieties of Swiss cheese.
