Jocelyn is working alongside her brothers helping in the production of our cheese as well as helping in the packaging of each product.
Jocelyn will also be stepping into managing the day to day operations of our new retail store that will be opening in December of 2018.
Jocelyn has a real passion for cooking and has studied the art of culinary cooking. She has provided many of the wonderful recipes on our website and is an excellent chef.
Jocelyn has recently married and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her husband and of course spending time in the kitchen creating delicious dishes with our cheese!
