1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tsp salt
1 Tbsp fresh dill chopped
3 Garlic cloves minced
1 cucumber grated and squeezed to drain
Directions:
Stir together yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, dill and garlic. Stir in grated cucumber but be sure to squeeze excess water before adding to the rest of the ingredients. Taste for seasoning.
